I was stressed out and worried about passing the exam, I needed to pass the exam as a requirement for my masters degree. This was a recertification & I was confident I would pass but I did not want to study as long or as hard as I did for the prior exam. I wanted a structured, very relevant program with up to date information that would make the study process actually enjoyable and more about really learning and understanding versus "cramming an exorbitant amount of material." Natasia focused on what we needed to know- not the entirety of each chapter in the core curriculum. Also it was nice to have a small group of RD's from the class to discuss concepts & even to real life patient scenarios that were relevant to what we were currently studying.
I was all in from the beginning- you are what I was looking for. I passed the exam - this makes me happy. If you like structure and do not want to do it alone - this is a very nice option.

Based in the Charlotte Metro Area, I am a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician with extensive experience managing pediatric and adult nutrition support in both critical care and outpatient settings.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics from the University of Arizona where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I was one of six interns accepted to the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Dietetic Internship program in Baltimore, Maryland where I completed my supervised practice. I have been board certified as a Nutrition Support Clinician by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification since 2015. In addition to nutrition and dietetics, I am passionate about dietetics education serving a guest lecturer for Winthrop University, precepting dietetic interns, and serving as lead instructor for RefreshExamS premier CNSC Success Course. I am thrilled to combine my clinical knowledge with my love of talent development and education to prepare RefreshExamS clients to not only successfully obtain board certification but also perform at the highest level to reach their nutrition support career goals!
It was mainly a reinforcement of the knowledge I had retained through my years out of schooling and now working in the professional setting. The classes were helpful for brushing-up on specific populations I don't see every day. I feel much more confident moving forward if I ever have to cover any of these specialty populations in the future. I also found it very helpful to network with others!
